 Subject: Message for the membership

 Ladies and Gentlemen,

  As many of you may have already heard the judgement in the 49ers case  was recently handed down in the High Court.

I would like to take this  opportunity to personally thank all those who have supported this action. Without the generosity and dedication to justice shown by the contributors to the CPU this landmark victory would have never been made possible.

On behalf of my family and me I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing justice to prevail and my name and reputation to be restored. We will never forget the kindness and generosity you have shown us these last few years. Now, finally we will be able to put this behind us and move on to the next chapter in our lives. Again, thank you very, very much for your support.
